Bob Selan, owner of KushCon, a Medical Marijuana Convention has some words of advice for dispensary owners: think out of the box and "get away from the black market mentality. It should look and feel like a pharmacy." Selan continues to fight for what he feels is a legitimate market for medical pot. But despite this, many medical marijuana business owners in the state of Colorado continue to exercise some form of hesitation when it comes to self-promotion.
