WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Obama has finally broke his silence on marijuana legalization following Colorado and Washington voters' approval of Nov. 7 ballot measures that legalized the use and sale of recreational marijuana in defiance of federal law. Obama stated that he won't target marijuana users but did not indicate whether his administration would go after producers, suppliers, or retail stores of marijuana in those states.
